J&R Marketing is expanding \u2014 and we\u2019re looking for the right person to help take our branding and print division to the next level.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We work with businesses of all sizes to bring their brand to life through custom apparel, promotional products, signage, and more. As we grow, we\u2019re looking for someone who can own the client experience from start to finish \u2014 from welcoming walk-ins and answering calls to quoting projects, following up, and making sure every client feels supported and valued.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Smithfield, RI showroom (just over the Johnston line). If you\u2019re friendly, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the ins and outs of printing and branding, we\u2019d love to talk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience in printing, custom apparel, or promotional products is a plus \u2014 but we\u2019re most focused on finding someone who fits our team, learns fast, and truly wants to help people.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Greet and assist walk-ins, pickups, and new visitors to our showroom<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from new and existing clients<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Generate quotes and pricing using our calculators and tools<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Serve as one of the main points of contact for print and branding clients (including referrals, walk-ins, and existing client accounts)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Help clients select the right apparel, products, or print methods for their needs<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Write up design requests and collaborate with our internal creative team<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow up with clients and keep them informed on order status and timelines<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Handle reorders and ensure timely delivery with a smooth process<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Recommend complementary services when appropriate (without pressure)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Keep our showroom clean, organized, and welcoming<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Attend occasional vendor meetings to learn about new product lines and techniques<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Occasionally visit clients in person to assist with product selection, gather details, or strengthen relationships<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • A personable, trustworthy individual who clients enjoy working with<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Someone who follows up, follows through, and cares about the details<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with efficiency and care<\/span><\/li>\n
    • A positive, professional presence in person and over the phone<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Interest in branding, custom printing, and promotional products<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Willingness to go the extra mile \u2014 both online and in person \u2014 when clients need support<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Comfortable learning new tools and following defined processes<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Sales or customer service experience in print, design, or branded products is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
