If you\u2019re motivated, personable, and excited about helping local businesses grow through branding, marketing, and custom products \u2014 this might be your opportunity to step into a ground-floor role with serious growth potential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We\u2019re not looking for someone to sit behind a desk making cold calls all day. We\u2019re looking for someone who\u00a0<b>wants to get out there<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 visit businesses, meet owners, ask questions, and help connect them to real solutions that J&amp;R Marketing can offer. From websites and print to social content and custom apparel, we have a\u00a0<b>broad range of services that make selling easier<\/b>\u00a0for someone who\u2019s consistent, focused, and personable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This role starts with outreach \u2014 but the goal is for you to\u00a0<b>build your own book of business<\/b>, earn trust, and eventually manage and grow your client accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Learn our service offerings and sales processes during your first week of training<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shadow our team for one week to understand how we work and what we deliver<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Begin outreach to new potential clients via in-person visits, calls, emails, and events<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Introduce businesses to J&amp;R Marketing and identify where we can bring value<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Keep track of outreach efforts, follow-ups, and new lead opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Write up inquiries and requests<\/b>\u00a0for internal team members or handle quoting when appropriate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Once trained, begin processing your own jobs from quoting to fulfillment<\/b>, giving you full control and ownership over client relationships<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Build and grow relationships that can turn into long-term accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meet monthly outreach and sales quotas, while always looking for creative ways to go above and beyond<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collaborate with our marketing team to stay aligned with promotions and campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Stay involved in the community \u2014 this is a relationship-first role<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Who You Are:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Outgoing, confident, and energized by\u00a0<b>meeting new people and building relationships<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excited about the marketing industry and learning how businesses grow through branding<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A self-starter who\u2019s comfortable working independently once trained<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organized, reliable, and able to\u00a0<b>follow through on what you say you\u2019ll do<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Someone who takes feedback well and sees challenges as opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Professional in communication, appearance, and attitude<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comfortable meeting clear goals and quotas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Looking to grow \u2014 possibly into account management or sales leadership over time<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Why This Role Matters:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is the\u00a0<b>first outbound sales position at J&amp;R Marketing<\/b>, and it comes at a time when our team, services, and client base are expanding rapidly.
